Marie Elizabeth (Torkelson) Buckholtz

Eagle Bridge - Marie Elizabeth Buckholtz, 99, of Eagle Bridge, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. She was born June 21, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA the daughter of the late Edgar and Hildagarde (Bott) Torkelson. She married Alexander E. Buckholtz in 1947 and lived most of her married life in New Jersey.  She moved to Eagle Bridge in 2002, where her husband passed away in 2005.  She is survived by her daughter, Sandra J. Buckholtz, and her son, A. Mark Buckholtz.  A graveside service will be at 11 am Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Cambridge with Rev. Peter Tkocz officiating.
