Francia Jane (Anderson) Plunkett

Rupert, VT- Francia Jane Plunkett, 87, formerly of Rupert, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Barnwell in Valatie, NY.  She was born October 6, 1935 in New York City the daughter of the late William and Frances (Harris) Anderson.

Jane graduated from Music & Art High School and received her associate's degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.  Jane was a Fashion Designer for many years and lived in Rupert prior to moving to Valatie.

Jane is survived by a sister, Linda J. Cook of San Francisco, CA, two nieces, two great nieces, one great great niece and one great great nephew.

There will be no service and Jane will be buried in the Rupert Cemetery.
