South Glens Falls - David Aguero, 21, of South Glens Falls, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Albany Medical Center.
Born on May 15, 2003, in Glens Falls, NY, David was the beloved son of Carlos Aguero of South Glens Falls.
He attended South Glens Falls High School and worked alongside his uncle in the stone masonry business before later pursuing a job at Dunkin’ Donuts in Gansevoort.
David’s life was marked by his infectious sense of humor and boundless love for others. A passionate fisherman, he found peace and joy in the quiet moments by the water. In addition to his love for the outdoors, David had a true talent for singing, often sharing his voice with those he cared about. His laughter and spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
In addition to his father Carlos Aguero, he is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Cook of Glens Falls; his brother, Carlos (Alanna Jasmine) Aguero of Dodge, Kansas; and his cherished niece, Ambree Rayna Aguero, along with nephews Carter Jay Aguero and Jayden Gene Aguero. David’s extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins, will also deeply miss his warmth and joy.
David was predeceased by his sister, Emily Rose Aguero; his grandmother, Maggie Burgess; and his great-grandfather, Jose Aguero.
A celebration of David’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Hebron United Presbyterian Church, located at 3153 County Route 30 in Salem.
