Beverly J.C. (Christensen) Qua

Salem- Beverly J.C. Qua, 92, of Salem, New York, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 9th.

She was born on March 28th, 1932 to Vego Christensen and Anne Howe. She is predeceased by her son, Steven Carter Roby and numerous brothers and sisters.

Beverly is survived by her sister, Gladys Christensen, and three great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Rose, Maggie Gilligan and Brendan Gilligan. As well as their mother, Tara Gilligan (Keith Anderson), who all faithfully and tirelessly cared for her until the very end. Beverly was a giver, quick to make you laugh, didn’t take life too seriously, and took care of all those who crossed her path. She lived vicariously through these great-grandchildren, collecting newspaper clippings of their many accomplishments, both big and small.

Beverly’s loving nature will be fondly remembered, and she will remain forever in our hearts.
