Allan "8 Ball" Hannibal

Shushan – Allan "8 Ball" Hannibal, 85, formerly of Shushan, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at The Danforth Adult Day Care Center in Hoosick Falls.

Allan was born January 19, 1939 in Granville the son of the late Charles and Ann (Smith) Hannibal.  He attended Salem Washington Academy and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force serving from 1958 to 1962 when he was honorably discharged.

Allan worked for Steve Rascher of Shushan for many years.  He was a die-hard New York Yankees fan and a lover of horse racing and loved playing poker.

Allan leaves behind family and many close friends.

There are no services and interment will be next to his parents at Evergreen Cemetery in Salem.
