Cambridge-Robert William Adams, 59, of Cambridge, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Saratoga Hospital.

Born March 1, 1962 in Bethpage, Long Island, NY, he was the son of Yvonne Barto Adams of Cambridge and the late William Adams.

Robert attended school in East Meadow, Long Island and Greenwich High School in Greenwich, NY and then Foran High School in Milford, CT.

He worked for several fast-food restaurants for many years until he became disabled.  Robert loved all kinds of music, playing the guitar and also the base guitar as well as the keyboard.  He loved animals and being with his family.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Michael Salter.

In addition to his mother Yvonne, he is survived by his wife of 27 years, Audran Saxon Adams; his step-children, Tasha Saxon, Janay Saxon, Angelo Murray, Raymond Younger and Allen Jeffrey, all of Connecticut; a sister, Pamela Skaarup (Steve Nordhauser) of Brunswick, NY; nieces and nephew, Jessica, Kristen, Jared and their families; great nephews, Nick and Ayden.

Calling hours will be Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 1-3 pm at the Ackley, Ross & Gariepy Funeral Home, 73 West Main St., Cambridge.
