Cambridge-Morris N. Peabody, 86, of Cambridge, passed away Monday November 1, 2021 at the Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Granville.

Morris was born and educated in Cambridge and was the son of the late Harry and Dorothy (Russell) Peabody.

Morris was employed at the Waterford-Halfmoon School District for many years.

Morris is survived by his wife of 49 years, Geraldine A. (Snay) Peabody; his children, Morris, Jr. (Kevin), Robin (Danny), John, Tammy (John), Wendy (Scott); a sister, Donna; his ten step-children and many grandchildren & great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Morris was predeceased by his sisters, Virginia, Marjorie and Loretta.

Morris was a member of the Cambridge Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.

The family extends a special thank you to the Slate Valley Center for the care given to Morris.

A private virtual memorial service for family and friends will be at 2 pm Saturday, November 20, 2021.
