Eagle Bridge-Lois Elaine Brown, 93, formerly of Eagle Bridge, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at The Mansion in Cambridge.

Born October 4, 1926 in Eagle Bridge, she was the daughter of the late George and Flora (Campbell) Eddy.  Lois graduated from Hoosick Falls Central High School in 1946 and worked for local industrial companies such as Reis Mills, Owlkill Farms, Sprague Electric and retired from Stanley Tools, Inc. in Shaftsbury, VT after 24 years of service.

She spent winters at the Road Runner Resort in Fort Pierce, FL where she continued her love of bowling, tennis and other fitness activities.  Lois organized and ran the fitness program for the seniors.  She loved working in her garden, trimming flowers, and baking chocolate chip cookies for her family and friends.  Lois was a lifelong member of the White Creek Baptist Church in Eagle Bridge.

In addition to her parents, Lois was predeceased by a son, Allan Brown who passed away December 25, 2011; her husband, Floyd Brown who passed away June 15, 2016.

Lois is survived by her sons, Robert Brown and his wife Elaine and Mark Brown and his wife Serena.  She is also survived by a granddaughter, Meghan Barney and her husband Chris; great grandson, Jackson; great granddaughter, Mary Grace.

A service will be held at the Center White Creek Cemetery at a later date.
