Cambridge, Town of Jackson-Howard E. Pape, 72, of Jackson, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 23, 2020 at his residence.

Howard was born December 1, 1947 in Jamaica, Queens, NY the son of the late Howard and Alice (Coddington) Pape.

He attended Cambridge Central School and enlisted in the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War.

Howard worked for several companies over the years including driving truck, working for a heating and plumbing company performing duct work and he also worked for Surface Preparation Technologies in New Kingstown, PA.

He loved model trains and would buy and repair them to add to his large display he has.

In addition to his parents, Howard was predeceased by his sister, Alice Pape Heuser in 2017.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna Repetto Pape; a son, William Pape of Fort Edward and 2 two grandchildren, Austin and Madison Pape.

Services will be held privately.
