Secane, PA-Francis "Frank" Biondi, 88 of Secane, PA passed away at his home on Sunday, January 22, 2017.

Frank was born on October 29, 1928 to Bessie and Francis Biondi, Sr. On March 6, 1971 he married Renee Emma Ely in Hebron, NY. Frank was interested in racing at a young age, and soon became involved with the United States Auto Club (USAC) as an official. He was employed as a buyer for John Wanamaker's and retired after 40 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with family, listening to jazz and watching auto races.

In addition to his parents Bessie and Francis Biondi, he is also predeceased by his brother, Edward "Skippy" Biondi.

Frank is survived by his wife Renee Biondi; daughter Michelle Biondi and her husband Mehmet Kemal Birtek of Staten Island, NY; two grandchildren, Aden and Abraham Birtek (ages 5 and 4), and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held in Pennsylvania. Burial will be Monday, April 17, 2017 at 11:00 am Woodlands Cemetery, Cambridge, NY.
