Eagle Bridge-We are sad to announce the passing of Bruce R. "Moses" Hunt, Sr, age 67, a very special man, due to natural causes on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.

Bruce was born November 1, 1955 in Cambridge the son of the late LeRoy and Joan (Kinney) Hunt, Sr.  He was a friendly and easygoing person who impacted many lives.  Bruce enjoyed a variety of things throughout his life including playing softball, bowling, hunting and horseshoes, to name a few.

Bruce was an avid New York Yankees and San Francisco 49ers fan and he enjoyed a good time.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a nephew, Jonathan Hunt.

Bruce is survived by his two children, Bruce Hunt, Jr. and his wife, Kate Berry and their daughter of Brattleboro, VT and Samuel Hunt of Buffalo.  He is also survived by his siblings, Beverly (David) Kipp, Sr. of Hadley, NY, Larry (Theresa) Hunt of Webster, FL, LeRoy (Audrey) Hunt, Jr. of West Chazy, NY, Brian (Crystal) Hunt, Sr. of Eagle Bridge, Tracy Hunt of White Creek and Terry Hunt of Eagle Bridge and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no calling hours.    A celebration of life for Bruce will begin at 3 pm Friday, September 29, 2023 at the St. Stanislaw Society, "The Polish Hall", 12 Mechanic St., Hoosick Falls.
