Cambridge-Beth Ann Totten, 60, of Cambridge, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at her residence.

Born in Cambridge December 27, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Viola Weber Gates.

Beth graduated from Cambridge Central School and attended Bennington College.  She had worked at Bennington Brush Company and then at the Mary McClellan Hospital in various capacities until retiring.

Beth had a strong religious faith and prayed daily.  She was of the Methodist faith.  Beth enjoyed playing on her computer, doing crossword puzzles, collecting angels and crucifixes.

In addition to her parents, Beth was also predeceased by her sister, Brenda Martin.

Beth is survived by her husband of 34 years, Steven A. Totten; a son, Steven Alvin Robert (Wendy) Totten of Ohio; a brother, Robert Gates, II of Maryland; a step-granddaughter, Haley.

Services are private.
