Cambridge-Robert Grant Malay, 84, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, April 29, 2019 at his residence.
Born August 11, 1934 in Hackensack, NJ, he was the son of the late Max Everett and Ethel (Grant) Malay.
Bob was a National Accounts Manager for the Coleman Company in New City, NY for 35 years until he retired. He and his wife were active members of the Green Mountain Antique Car Club and were involved with running the Bennington Car Shows. Bob was also a member of the Shushan Covered Bridge Association. His other enjoyments were hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Bob is survived by his wife of 65 years, Barbara Mae (Sudbrink) Malay whom he married April 17, 1954; his children, Stephanie Spangler of Palmyra, PA, Pamela Malay Smith of Wayne, PA, Robert W. Malay of Pennsburg, PA and Alison Rosenberger of Forest Hills, MD. He also leaves behind a brother, William Malay of New Durham, NH; eight grandchildren, Kyle, Megan, Jeff, Erin, Tyler, Sarah, Craig & Emily; great grandchildren, Max, Bode, Charlotte & Scarlett.
