Jennifer Lynn (Rowland) Mulligan

Jackson-Jennifer Lynn Mulligan, 47, of Jackson, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the home of her mother, Anita Rowland.

Jenn was born February 20, 1970 in Cambridge and was the daughter of Anita Snow Rowland of Jackson and the late Clifford Rowland who passed away July 4, 2016.

Jenn was a 1988 graduate of Salem Washington Academy and attended Adirondack Community College where she received her LPN degree.

She had worked in the medical field at various medical facilities and her last place she worked was at the Pleasant Valley Infirmary in Argyle.

Jenn loved camping and cooking.  She raised chickens and considered them her “girls”.

In addition to her mother Anita, Jenn is survived by her fiancé, Mike Ruthosky of Jackson; her sisters, Tina Rowland of Jackson, Sally (Charles Jr.) DeMarco of Buskirk, Brenda (Tom) Williams of Shushan, Lisa (the late William) Shaw of Cambridge and her adopted sister, Carol Saunders of Jackson.  She is also survived by a niece, Alicia Williams; two nephews, Tony (Tia) DeMarco and Scott DeMarco; a great nephew, Dominic Williams and her canine companion, Gracie.

A calling hour will be from 12-1 pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at the Ackley, Ross & Gariepy Funeral Home, 73 West Main St., Cambridge.  A service will begin at the conclusion of the calling hour at 1 pm with Rev. Debbie Earthrowl officiating.
